This Privacy Policy explains how Rasida ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with the Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. Who we are

Rasida is a financial analysis SaaS product operated by Letsgosky. For privacy requests, contact us at contact@letsgosky.com.

2. Personal data we collect

Account data: name, email, username, password (hashed)
Company profile: company name, registration number, type, industry, city, country, phone
Uploaded financial files (trial balances and related documents)
Subscription and payment records (via Moyasar)
Technical data: session cookies, security logs needed to operate the service

3. Why we process your data

To create and manage your account (contract / consent)
To process uploaded files and generate financial outputs (contract)
To process subscriptions and payments (contract / legal obligation)
To secure the service and prevent abuse (legitimate interest / legal obligation)

4. Where your data is stored

Application and database infrastructure run on Google Cloud in the me-central2 (Dammam, Saudi Arabia) region. Primary personal data is stored in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Who we share data with

Google Cloud — hosting, database, and logging in KSA (me-central2)
Moyasar — payment processing in Saudi Arabia

We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account and profile data: kept while your account is active
Uploaded files: kept while needed to provide the service, and deleted when your account is deleted
Payment records: retained as required for tax/audit obligations
ZATCA-related invoice data: retained as required by applicable Saudi tax rules

7. Your rights under PDPL

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate personal data
Request deletion of your personal data
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Object to certain processing

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only (session and CSRF protection) required for login and security. These are necessary for the service to function.

9. Minors

Rasida is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard cloud security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect your account credentials.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Rasida after an update means you accept the revised policy.
